Parents helping parents

Kim Freudenberg is president and co-founder of Parents Standing Together, a nonprofit built by parents who have lived through a child’s gambling harm. When they looked for help, they found almost nothing for parents, so they built it themselves: a community that raises awareness about youth gambling and offers compassionate peer support. Parents in GamFin’s counseling program can take the Parents Learning Together course, and parents who take the course can book one GamFin financial counseling session at no cost.
